Well, file this one in the "whoops" category.
Microsoft launched some updates to its Azure cloud platform this week.
And, as Todd Bishop of GeekWire observed, some folks in Norway got so excited that they preceded the Azure presentation at the Norwegian Developers Conference with the following dance routine.
Basically, it's scantily clad girls boogying to a song with lyrics like...
"The words 'MICRO' and 'SOFT' don't apply to my penis."
(At which point a helpful monitor in front of the stage adds "(or vagina)," lest anyone feel left out.)
Microsoft has apologized and is investigating. To be fair, it's not clear whether the company had anything to do with this. But someone is presumably about to get canned.

Case-Mate has a reputation for making quality Windows Phone cases and the Case-Mate Pop! for the Nokia Lumia 900 follows in that same tradition. The Pop! is a well built case that fits snugly around your Lumia 900, adds a decent amount of protection, but it may not appeal to everyone. While the one piece case does offer a good amount of protection it also adds a good amount of bulk to the slender Windows Phone.
We've looked at the Pop! cases before with the Samsung Focus and liked what we saw. With the Lumia 900 though, the Pop! adds more bulk to the Lumia 900 (the case seems more beefier) that may detract too much from the Windows Phone for some.

The Fancy, a photo sharing startup that looks a lot like Pinterest for guys, gained a new user this morning.
Mark Zuckerberg created an account on the site under the user name Zuckd.
He's only fancied one item, an Extendo Library Shelving System.
Of course, he's been registered on Pinterest for a while.
The Fancy has about 1 million users and it's backed by big name investors such as Jack Dorsey and Facebook cofounder Chris Hughes.
Here's more on what The Fancy is and how it works >

Just prior to today's "Group of Death" match between Netherlands and Denmark at Euro 2012, ESPN cameras zoomed in on this bizarre Dutch fan.
Of course, Dutch fans are well-known for their crazy costumes, but this one might be the strangest of all, and will certainly be shown over and over again on the highlight shows.
But while many people will shake their heads, Coke executives probably need to change their pants seeing that large Coke cup having such a prominent role in this clip. Or maybe all publicity truly is good publicity...
